But the overall experience there wasn't very good. The diner did have fantastic photos and decor. The diner smelled very badly of old smoke and the food was not great. We ate at dinner at one (The Lodge diner) and had a late night coffee and cake from another one (the Sweet Ride). The only poor/average part of our stay was the restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle service that runs to/from the arena. Since our room was very close to the elevator it was a bit loud but we still had a good sleep.

There were bathrobes and plenty of towels. The toiletries from their spa were very nice. Large room with a very large washroom - sink, large jet tub, shower, and separate small room for the toilet. We had valet service included in our room charge and this was very fast with good service. We chose this hotel for it's close proximity to the hockey arena.
